Required Educational Qualification
| For Army Wing Of National Defence Academy | 12th Class Pass or Equivalent Examination From a Recognized Board or a University. |
| For Air Force & Naval Wings of National Defence Academy & for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at The Indian Naval Academy | 12th class pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Equivalent From a Recognized Board or a University. |
Important:- Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.

About SSB Interview of UPSC NDA Exam
SSB Interview/Personality Test of NDA Exam will be of 4 to 5 days. It will be held after the Written Examination. Here are some details: –
- SSB Interview procedure Consist of two Stages. Only those candidates can appear in SSB Interview who clear written test.
- Stage-1- it comprises the Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) test and Picture Perception and Description Test (PP&DT), Officers selected on the basis of these two Tests’ ration or Score.
- Stage-2– It comprises Interview, Group Testing, Officer Task, Psychology test, and Conference on the 4th day of SSB.
