UP B.Ed JEE 2020 counseling Date which was scheduled to be held on 19.10.2020 has been rescheduled. The new date or UP B.Ed JEE counseling is 19.11.2020. The UP B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination which was to be conducted on 08.04.2020 was postponed. The exam held successfully on 09.08.2020. Due to the Corona Virus crisis, all the competitive exams were rescheduled for later. UP B.Ed JEE result and counseling date has been rescheduled by the University of Lucknow.

  • The UP B.Ed JEE 2020 result will be declared on 05.09.2020, and
  • The UP B.Ed JEE 2020 counseling will begin on 19.11.2020

UP B.Ed JEE 2020 Result

UP B. Ed exam was originally scheduled to be declared on 11.05.2020 but, due to the COVID 19 crisis, the exam was postponed. UP B.Ed JEE exam was conducted successfully on 09.08.02020. and the result was declared by the university on 05.09.2020. The UP B.Ed JEE 2020 counseling was scheduled on 19.10.2020 but the counseling date is rescheduled by the University of Lucknow. The new UP B.Ed JEE Counseling Date 2020 is 19.11.2020.

UP B.Ed JEE 2020 Counseling

The UP B.Ed JEE 2020 Counseling will begin on 19.11.2020. Only the candidates who qualify for UP B.Ed JEE 2020 merit list will be eligible to participate in counseling. The counseling for admission in desired colleges by candidates will begin soon. The candidates have to submit the relevant documents and a counseling fee of INR 5750 at the counseling out of which 750 will be the fee for counseling and 5000 rupees will be sent to the respective college. This amount (5000) will be deducted from the student academic fee. The candidate will be allotted seats in the UP B.Ed JEE associated colleges.

State Entrance Coordinator Ami Bajpayee also informs that the admission will also be done on the 10% seats allotted to EWS category. The candidates list for these seatd will be announced separately.

The UP B.Ed JEE 2020 counseling will begin on 19.11.2020. The counseling for UP B.Ed JEE 2020 will be done online. The counseling will be completed in three rounds:

  • Round 1- First Counseling
  • Round 2- Pool Counselling
  • Round 3- Direct Admission

Round 1- First Counselling

Step -1 Registration

  • The counseling would be divide into phases on the basis of state rank. Only the candidates falling within the announced state rank would be able to participate in that particular phase.
  • Candidates have to log in using their login details. In case the candidate has forgotten password they can regenerate it through the link provided.
  • The candidates should fill the bank account details after login to the profile.
  • Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in 2020 and whose result has been declared have to enter the marks and upload the scanned copy of their mark sheet.

Step-2 Counseling Fee and Advance College Fee Payment

  • After completing step 1, the candidate has to pay Rs. 5750 (Rs. 750 as counseling fee and Rs 5000 as advance college fee). through net banking, debit card, credit card only.
  • In case the candidate is not allotted any seat the advance fee of Rs. 5000 will be refunded.
  • The counseling fee of Rs. 750 will be non-refundable.

Step-3 Choice Filling

  • Candidates registered for counseling have to fill their choices of colleges according to their preference.
  • Candidates can give as many choices as they want. The candidates must give more choices to avoid rejection in allotment.
  • Candidates can rearrange choices any number of times till final submission.
  • The choices made by the candidates will be final and cannot be changed once locked.

Step-4 College Allotment

  • College allotment will be done on the basis of state rank of the candidate as well as the colleges they have selected in order of preference during counseling.
  • State reservation policy to be allowed on Aided and government colleges only.

Step-5 Provisional Allotment Cum Certificate Letter

  • Candidates who have been allotted colleges will have to download a provisional allotment cum confirmation letter.
  • In case the college fee is more than the advance fee submitted by the candidate, the balance fee has to be submitted within three days of seat allotment before they can download the provisional allotment cum certification letter.
  • In case the college fee is less than the advance college fee, the candidate can download the provisional allotment cum certification letter. The excess fee amount would be refunded to the candidate by the allotted college.
  • SC and ST candidates who have opted for zero fees and have uploaded their income certificate can directly download the provisional allotment cum confirmation letter.

Step-6 Report to Allotted College

  • The candidates have to report to allotted colleges within 7 days from the date of allotment with all the original documents and Provisional allotment cum Confirmation letter.
  • If the documents of the candidate are found invalid the admission will be canceled.

candidate would need to carry the original and self attested copy of the following documents:

  • printout of the Provisional allotment cum Confirmation letter
  • Copy of Application form, Admit card, and Scorecard of UP B.Ed JEE 2020 exam
  • Proof of Date of Birth: Class 10th certificate
  • All Marksheets and Certificates up to qualifying examination
  • Category, subcategory and weightage certificates
  • Original photo ID issued by Government
  • Two Passport-sized photograph
  • Copies of all fee receipts.

Round-2 Pool Counselling

After the first round of counseling the vacant seats in colleges are filled by pool counseling

  • For poll counseling, only those candidates are eligible who have not participated in the first round or the candidates who were rejected or not allotted any seats in the first round or those who fail to take admission against the allotted seat.
  • The procedure for pool counseling will be the same as that of the first counseling. The candidate has to register, pay the fee, fill the choices.
  • Counseling fee of Rs. 750 which is non-refundable and Rs 51250 (5000 for only SC and ST candidate who opted for zero fees) as full college fee. this fee is non-refundable if the candidate is allotted a seat.
  • if any candidate, to whom the college is allotted and he does not report to the college than the college fee of Rs. 51250 will not be refunded.
  • If the candidate is not allotted college in pool counseling than the college fee of Rs. 51250 will be refunded.
  • The candidate has to fill the college choice according to his preference.
  • Lower rank candidates are advised to give more choices to avoid rejection.
  • College allotment will be done strictly on the basis of the state rank of the candidate as well as the college they have selected.
  • The seat allotment result will be available on candidate login.
  • The candidate who has been allotted college will have to download a provisional allotment cum confirmation letter through JEE B.Ed 2020 website.
  • The candidate gas to report to the allotted college within four days from the date of allotment along with the original documents.

  • This round 3 counseling is done at the college level.
  • Only the candidates who possess a valid state rank can participate in this round of counseling.
  • candidates can be admitted to any college only if the seats are vacant in that college after the first and pool counseling.
  • The following candidates are eligible for direct admission:
  • Those who have not been admitted to any college in first counseling.
  • Those who have not been admitted to any college in pool counseling.
  • Those who have not participated in the counseling process.
  • The college will verify the candidates details from Lucknow University website and give direct admission to candidate as per the rules.
  • Fee will be deposited at the college level.
