What is the Exam process of SBI Bank Po: The Vacancy Notification SBI Bank Po Exam is Released in the Month of March to April Every Year, and the Prelims exam is conducted in June month & the Mains exam is Conducted in July Month. but due to Covid-19 pandemic it getting late yet. There are mainly Three Tiers in the SBI Po exam which are-

• Tier-1: Preliminary exam (100 Marks)- Qualifying in nature only
• Tier 1 exam is only a screening exam for the main exam
• Tier-2: Main exam (250 marks) include Objective 200 marks and Descriptive 50 Marks
• Tier 2 exam score is added with tier 3 exam score to set merit list
• Tier-3: Group Discussion (20 marks) and Interview (30 marks)

Joining Guidelines of SBI PO

• The selected candidates will be exposed to basic banking knowledge, before joining, through an online course and will have to complete this course before joining.
• The selected candidates, at the time of joining, will have to sign a Bond for a value of 2.00 lac to serve the Bank for a minimum period of three years.
• The Bond will be invoked by the Bank if the candidate resigns from the service of the Bank before the expiry of three years from the date of joining
• On joining, the selected candidates will be designated as “Probationary Officers” and will be on probation for two years.

• The Candidate will be subjected to continuous assessment during the probation period.
• Those candidates who qualify in the assessment as per standards determined by the Bank from time to time will be confirmed in the Service of the Bank in Junior Management Grade Scale-I
