Superintending Engineer (Civil)	a) Holding analogous Post OR EE(C) in the Level 11 with 5 years of regular service. OR AEE (C) in the Level 10 with 10 years of regular service. b) Degree in Civil Engineering.
Executive Engineer (Civil)	a) Holding analogous Post OR AEE(C) In the Level 10 with 5 years of regular service. OR AE(C) in the Level 8 with 6 years of regular service. b) Degree in Civil Engineering.
Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil)	a) Holding analogous Post OR AE(C) in the Level 8 with regular service of 3 years OR JE(C) in the Level 6 with regular service of 8 years c) Degree in Civil Engineering
