APSC CCE Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2020

Dear Candidates, Assam PSC will be conducted the Combined Competitive Exam 2020 for vacant the staff for the commission. Official Notice for APSC CCE Exam has not released till the date. If you have applied for APSC CCE Recruitment 2020 and looking for the syllabus for your best exam preparation, I am going to describe complete syllabus according to Exam Pattern.

APSC CCE Exam Pattern

All candidates are advised that, there are two stages in the Combined Competitive Examination 2020 of Assam PSC. When the candidates apply for the recruitment process then after the examination notice there is first exam will be conducted by the commission is 1. Preliminary Examination and the second exam will be 2. Mains Examination, Don’t worry if you will not get this I will describe these both examinations in details.

  • The Prelims Examination is only for qualifying based, marks of Prelims Examination will not be considered in the total marks.

Preliminary Examination:

As per the name suggests this is the Pre Level Exam for the recruitment Process and this Preliminary Examination will consists two papers of multiple type objective questions in it with the time frame of 2 (Two) Hours and both the papers is for 200 marks then the total maximum marks are 200 + 200 = 400 Marks.

Mains Examination:

As per the commission the Main Examination consists of Written Examination and Interview Test, Detailed Description given below –

On successfully qualifying Mains written examination, eligible candidates will be called for the Interview Round and about thrice the number of vacancies advertised, candidates will be called for the Personal Interview.

Interview Round will be for 275 (Two Seventy Five)

  • Candidates will be interviewed by a board that will have a record of his/her career.
  • Candidates will be asked questions on matters of General Interest.
  • The objective of the interview is to assess the personal suitability of the candidate for a career in public service by a board of competent and unbiased observers.
  • Some of the qualities to be judged are mental alertness, critical powers of assimilation, clear and logical exposition, balance of judgement, variety and depth of interest, ability for social cohesive and leadership, intellectual and moral integrity.
