AKTU University is Authorized UP Govt University for Technical Courses, The Full Name of AKTU is A.P.J Abdul Kalam University. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) (formerly UPTU) was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, vide Act Amendment No. 1156(2) LXXIX-V-1-15-1(Ka), 24-2015 dated Sept 9, 2015 Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyam Sankhya 23 of 2000. Selection Process of AKTU Ph.D Entrance Test

The Selection of Admission in Ph.D in AKTU is Based on Entrance Exam. There shall be a multiple choice objective nature test for such candidates who are seeking admission to the Ph.D. Programme of the University. Such candidates will have to appear in the paper for their domain knowledge test of various disciplines/subject.

1. The Syllabus Asked in Ph.D Entrance test is Based on GATE/GPAT/NET/CAT Exam Syllabus
2. Only Single Exam will Conduct for this Entrance test
3. Entrance exam Consists total 100 Questions for 100 Marks
4. All Questions Asked in Exam will be Objective Type.
5. There shell be Negative Marking in Written Exam
6. Exam Duration will be 2 Hour.
